Workshop Aim

The aim of this workshop is to help individuals to identify and recognise stress symptoms and reactions; understand personal stressors and responses to stress and provide some tools and techniques to enable individuals to function successfully in spite of the day-to-day stresses of living.

At the end of this module delegates will be able to:

  • Understand what stress is - i.e. the nature of stress
  • Recognise the symptoms and effects of stress in themselves and others
  • Use forms of analysis to identify stress triggers
