The concept of Emotional Intelligence is rapidly becoming globally accepted. Research is showing that it is emotions, properly managed, that drive trust, loyalty, and commitment, and many of the most greatest productivity gains, innovations and accomplishments of individuals, teams and organizations. As leaders worldwide become aware of and implement the mechanisms of Emotional Intelligence, they are discovering that attention to emotions saves time, expands the field of opportunities, and focuses energy for better results.

Trideco offers an integrated Emotional Intelligence assessment and individual profile. There are two options available for the assessment and interpretation of the profiles:

• Trideco conducts the assessment and interpretation of the profiles. The cost would depend on the number of people participating in the assessment. However a guideline would be, R 300.00 + VAT per individual.

Trideco would recommend that Emotional Intelligence be incorporated in a holistic business strategy. To this end we currently provide orientation sessions to Emotional Intelligence. The objective of these sessions is to provide an awareness of the mechanisms within Emotional Intelligence and their link to leadership.

The duration of these orientation sessions is 2 days. We presently offer the Emotional Intelligence orientation sessions at a cost of R 2, 500.00 + vat per delegate for a group size of between 6 - 8 delegates.
