Introduction

Trideco's 'Consulting for Business Consultants' Workshop is an intensive, professional learning event, designed to provide internal consultants with the technology they need to launch themselves as business partners.

The knowledge gained during this workshop provides skills to enable consultants to determine how to align their inteventions with the organisation's business vision, needs and goals.
