Workshop Aim
To enable the manager to effectively control his/her team outputs and ensure that they meet the requirements of the job. This includes the identification and addressing of non-performance within the team. The module emphasises control as a positive tool, not a policing or punishment-oriented tool, and enables managers to achieve a system of monitoring progress whilst ensuring empowerment of staff.
