Jennie Browning

altJennie Browning is one of the founder members of Trideco and the current MD of the organisation. She has been in the Human Resources profession since 1980 and has had a wide range of experience in all types of human resources management and development. She has a BA degree with honours in Human Resources Management and is a registered Personnel Practitioner - Specialist Training and Development, with the SA Board of Personnel Practice.

Moira Dexter

altMoira Dexter has been in training and development since 1987. With a background in adult learning, personnel and consulting, she has wide experience in a variety of fields. Moira is a highly experienced trainer and facilitator and conducts development programmes at all levels. Her current specialist focus areas include recruitment and selection, trainer training, facilitation, formulation of best practice models for performance management purposes and employee development.

Quite early on in her studies it became apparent to her that her true desire was to be in Training and Consulting. However, wanting to ensure that she had no regrets in her life, Jenni went on to finish her degree and then acted professionally for three years.
