Company History

Trideco was registered in 1993 with a view to offering clients custom-designed solutions for their human performance problems and opportunities. We firmly believe that each organisation has specific needs and issues that cannot be addressed by off-the-shelf products and services.

Our employment philosophy is to operate as a small core team of Human Performance specialists and to extend our capacity by working with a network of specialist associates as appropriate to the project. Whilst Trideco is primarily based in Gauteng, we have capacity via our aligned associates to deliver nationally, and internationally.
